7 Easy-Going Outfit Ideas

Is your closet eating you alive? Always vomiting beyond the racks and bins where they (should) belong? Moreover, stealing your morning glory?

I detest those dawdling moments when fickle tendencies rule the dawn…specifically when picking out my look for the day. Oy.

Which flannel feels right? Seersucker or stripe? Brogues or loafers?
…as if i’d rather wear pyjamas in public and not give a cent. Been considered, but done considering.

(Jokes aside…)

Thanks to my newfound appreciation to minimalism, I’ve been scurrying out the house ever so swiftly.  Even better, more time for coffee sips and other things.
The outfits are far removed from unique (obviously), given the minimalistic appeal. Personally, the simpler looks project a higher quality interest, no? They leave a bit of mystery to a person.

Anyways here are my top 7 go-to outfits when early morning (or any day really) closet combing moments go awry. 🙌🏼

1. The Wanderlust Weekender || Weekends are meant for beat-up sneaks + garment-dyed tees. Disheveled, without compromising style and structure. This outfit serves as the ultimate SSL (Saturday Survival Look).
Tee | Chinos | Sneakers
2. The Lifestyle Lumberjack || Every now and then, I crave a dash of macho realness (minus the beard). The complexity of the plaid shirt paired with raw denim and weathered Chippewas (or something similar) creates a “modern manly moment” (ugh, I love a good alliteration).
Shirt | Denim | Boots
3. The Athleisure Alpha || Newsflash: workout wear is officially in vogue! Liberating, huh? I always gravitate towards this look whenever I hit the grocery store, post office, local boutiques, salad bar, and obviously the cycling studio 😉. It looks sporty, but also incorporates a casual vibe. #gamechanger

Tee | Hat | Sneakers | Shorts
4. The Rugged Regular || For on-the-go days (we all have those lol). Nothing says “sprinting the streets charmingly!” more than a chambray shirt and suede boots -for added roughness. A little rough around the edges instantly gives you extra macho points. I’d wear this outfit everyday if possible (it’s possible.)
Shirt | Pants | Boots
5. The Technical Traveler  || Sometimes “normal clothes” aren’t very appealing to look at. You know, those days when regular jeans and chinos feel “meh.” Or maybe the non-wicking shirts and tees feel too constricting? Yeah, I simply grab my technical togs and call it a day. Whenever I wear the outfit below, my body feels light, cool, young, and airy.
Quarter Zip | Pants | Sneakers
6. The Fashionable Fellow  || I typically stray from fads, but when I spot a trend that correlates with my personal style, I typically invest and wear them regularly. That way I get the most out of my money rather than hitting up H and M for a cheap, 2-week disposable piece of garment #wasteful. Some of the trends I always cling to season after season would be the bowling collar shirts and military-inspired sneakers.
Shirt | Pants | Sneaker
7. The Business Brunch-er || I’m all about a good semi-formal look that screams “young professional” and “romantic gent” all in one. A true metropolitan look may I add.  Looking for a more brushed-up, refined look? here’s a simple and savvy way to do it.
Shirt | Pants | Loafers
