Spring Into Stretch

maximum movement for my outdoor gliding sessions -because who doesn’t love a good musical moment?

Hey Gents,
I’m currently writing this post beside a massive cathedral window, soaking some sun, inside a pretty local cafĂ© I recently discovered.
One of the best parts about writing beside an open-glass window on a sunny Sunday afternoon, let alone a breezy atmosphere brimming with bold greeneries and Parisian-inspired wallpaper, has to be the romantic feeling I get. I feel like a Disney protagonist caught-up in the perfect moment.

The sun on my face, surrounded by beautiful things, and so on and so forth.
Lol, let’s digress…
I may have mentioned my hate for stretchy jeans from a few posts back. However, my hate for spandex/elastic does not apply to shorts, or chinos for that matter. I find the material less tacky and legging-like (you know what I mean!).
With Spring season finally sprouting, I have a tendency to ditch the AC and spend more time outdoors, dancing like a total buffoon. Endless skipping and gliding under the sun!
This year, I bet all my money on stretchy shorts. These particular ones from J. Crew are my all-time favorite due to its lightweight feature and shape hold. A lot of “flex” infused apparel today are so stretchy, they tend to lose their shape and shrink in the washer. J.Crew was my saving grace in this department, thankfully.
In all honesty, they feel like gym shorts, which is perfect for days spent dancing, running, or comfortably crossing the legs with a book at hand.
I wore my go-to lightweight grey sweater with a pair of white Vans to neutralize the look. Simple, sharp, and stretchy.

#staybrochic,
