Hi, Sky

Imagine…laying down at an open field, with green pastures and lime-like trees. Spotted cows scattered about. It’s sunny and find yourself “sky-gazing.”
The sky is the limit.  The clouds, the sunrise, the sunset, the pretty blue hue at day, the moon and stars at night. There’s something about a sun-covered sky that illuminates a certain zen I cannot describe. That perfect moment when all the problematic itch disappears and find myself “one with nature.”

There’s something romantic about it too. The ethereal look of clouds swifting by and the twinkly stars shining like Tiffany diamonds.

It embodies peace, dreams, and elegance altogether.

Once I look up and discredit my personal mishaps, a sense of stillness and satisfaction is taken from the heavenly view. In other words, THE perfect mini-vacay for the brain, no?

Some days (and I mean really good days) the clouds paint a picture of what I envision my future to be like. They happen sporadically, so I make sure to never take them for granted.

Fun Random Fact: When it comes to sky-gazing, I drive away from the city to the open country fields. Primarily because 1. the stars are visible and 2. distractions are nowhere to be found -unless you find bugs trolling you. Even worse, stepping (or laying) on poop. Ew!

To conclude, the sky is THE ULTIMATE daily memo. To remind myself that every nerve-racking issue(s) I face will come to pass. My dreams included! To know that dreams will come true if I keep my focus in tact and give myself a little breather to stay sane:)

Take a few minutes from the busy schedule and look up. Just try. Sometimes the answer isn’t horizontal; rather, vertical.
