1 Year Anniversary!

Today marks CharlesTucket’s 1 year anniversary!

I’m overwhelmed (literally dancing my way to class.) Celebrating my one year anniversary is a blissful thing because everything is fresh. I get to look back at a solid year of pure humbling moments. It’s a sign of perseverance, consistency, and good faith.

This blog is my harbor, a place to release my inner quirkiness.

A lot of people think  blogging is stupid, but let me tell you, CharlesTucket is alive and well. I give credit to God. Don’t let anyone’s “letdown comment” ruin your dreams and goals

So many things happened this year. I’ve been instagram-ing everyday since January 1st. Collaborated with some amazing companies. Traveled to horse races and other social events. Got braces! Met other bloggers who think alike. Launched a brand new website. Most importantly the opportunity to serve my amazing followers:)
Beyond thankful for the people who’ve always supported me above and beyond. Right now i’m embracing the humbling moments. My follower base is relatively small, but I enjoy the close knit community the blog acquires ATM.
I pray God will use this blog as a place for encouragement.  To be salt and light. To never lose “the spark.”

My dream is to inspire, not to become famous.

Yes, inspire is the magic word. The word that puts me to tears. That’s all it takes. One word. The word that keeps me going through this journey called blogging.

I want my CharlesTucket men to be forerunners of Class, Christ, and Courage. I want y’all to be the ones girls aspire to marry. I want my fellow men to be happy inside and out.

I can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for CharlesTucket .#LiveCharlesTucket
#staybrochic,

Welcome!

I'm Ian, the writer behind CharlesTucket (a mix between Charleston & Nantucket, two of my favorite places). My hope is to inspire every man to live a wholesome & whimsical life, one quirk at a time.
