Two consecutive weeks of drenching rain. Nothing more depressing. Seriously though, can anything top that?
Transitioning into fall was insane. I wore Bean Boots and a green Patagonia rain jacket for two. straight. weeks. And guess what? I hated it.
Fall came on a whim and didn’t get to rock my cable knit sweaters right off the bat. What a sad, dreary week for me. It was hard to stay cheery, but I persevered. Stayed positive and found ways (took loads of rainy day pics) to avoid “rain depression.”
I started my new workout routine and i’m completely obsessed! Blessed to have a close personal trainer friend:)
Drinking the protein shake (cookies and creme flavored) day and night, and working those muscles MWF. Cardio every other day.
I’m looking forward to next week. It’s my sister’s birthday and fall break too! Apologies for the humdrum-ness of it all. I’ll keep you posted.
